Here’s a short description of the book, why we wrote it, and who it is for.

Why This Book?

When we decided to build a workshop for new leaders, we used our personal experience and our vast training, consulting and coaching experience to build it.  When we started delivering these public workshops, we asked attendees about their biggest challenges as leaders.  We kept that list and it became a guide for the writing of the book.   We committed to ourselves that we wouldn’t publish the book until we had addressed all of these questions.  (It’s a long list so I won’t share it all here, but you can see the full table of contents - and that will show you how practical and actionable this book is).
